World of Iyonka by Raconteur.

"Iyonka is the Mother Nature, it is the abode of gods which harnesses the fabric of life with various creatures and exotic habitats; it is also the sole creator of life form and also the initiator of death cycle" – Raconteur.

The above quote is an excerpt from the book – World of Iyonka; scripted by Raconteur, the famous historian from the faraway lands of Etherim.

In this quote he describes a unanimous feeling expressed by all the three major races – Warlocks of Allania, Pheronians of Krasim and Humans of Etherim. After traveling thousands of miles over the beautiful lands of Iyonka, Raconteur hates to accept the fact that distrust exists in this world? The time has changed and relations between the three races are not the same any longer.

"It is hard to accept! but all the three races respect Iyonka’s values in one or the other way…" – notes raconteur as he insists that it is still possible for all the three races to co-exist on this magical land. “Iyonka is truly diversified; we are the pillars of that diversity; and it won’t take long for all the races to unite, because we are the children of the same life force in different forms” – he said this during his speech at the town centre in Nasdaqe, Etherim; in a modest gathering of common citizens and a few learned men.

A New Name...For The New World! World of Iyonka

Your Favorite Blog Enigmatic-Era......Is Now Known As,

World of Iyonka!

This is one of the steps taken forward as we move even closer to the book launch later this year. We have christened our bolg with a new name: World of Iyonka! I think it is more significant to address this blog with name of the planet (world) that we have created; since most of the readers of our blog know that Our Series is coined as Enigmatic-Era and the First book is The Awakenings! So now is the time to bring in this change; and ofcourse, the world is always larger than a book or its series.

So Readers! Thank You for Visiting the blog again and again and contributing to this community. I would request you to encourage your friends and other fantasy lovers in joining this community and making it larger than ever.

Keep Tuned in for more @ www.enigmatic-era.bogspot.in

Pssst:The Very First Ever Public Appearance of the Map of Iyonka will take place shortly in the upcoming post...Excited!!?

Changing Times

Sometimes I wonder; why would authors abandon the classic way of writing a book, with a quill and an inkpot over to adopt the new modern means like typing on a personal computer or a laptop or even tablets these days.
Manuscripts Written With A Quill Or An Inkpen.

'Change Is Inevitable..." this is what some well learned man said a few centuries back. And i believe we have no choice but to accept the fact that it is reality. Gone are the days when Shakespeare or Tolkien of the modern world would sit down with a Blue feathered Quill and dip it into the inkpot at regular intervals; and continue Writing! the book in true sense. We actually don't write the book any longer; but we rather Type. I am in a dilemma at times, when i send a daily word count to rahil from my blackberry. "2700 Words Written" Or "2700 Words Typed", Well i don't bother too much about it before sending though; but i face this quite often.

Rahil is very fast in his typing and is usually ahead of our set deadlines; yes! i am not being sarcastic. And well mine is usually the opposite; but i manage to finish typing before the deadlines altered over a period of time.

In the very inital stages of "The Awakenings", we both had managed to develop a habit of handwritng the book, but then eventually we realised that we needed more quicker completion of the chapters and a better saving of resources. Thanks to this, we can boast that our book is evironmentally concious strainght from its initial writing procedure.

But we miss the joy we got from hand-writing the book, it just felt so good. Hand-writing the book just gave a feeling that we were so very close to the magical world we had created. You hardly get this sort of satisfaction and feeling by typing into a Rahil's laptop's physical keyboard or Mine on-screen Playbook keyboard. But nevertheless, we have noticed an increase in our productivity and now we manage the elements of the book more effeciently.

Maybe we will try a hand at writing with a Quill and get the feeling, Shakespeare or Tolkien Got; Will Post If This Happens!

Epic Quotes From The J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord Of The Rings Trilogy.

One Of The Fantasy Novels That Inspires Almost Every New Budding Author In The Fantasy Genre; Is Ofcourse The Lord Of The Rings By J.R.R. Tolkien. Here Are Some Of The Very Famous Quotes From The Book:
  • Gandalf: A Wizard Is Never Late, Frodo Baggins. Nor Is He Early. He Arrives Precisely When He Means To.
  • Arwen: From The Ashes, A Fire Shall Be Woken. A Light From The Shadow Shall Spring. Renewed Shall Be Blade That Was Broken. The Crownless Again Shall Be King.
  • Pippin: I Did'nt Think It Would End This Way. Gandalf: End? No, The Journey Doesn't End Here. Death Is Just Another Path....One That We All Must Take. The Gray Rain Curtains Of This Rolls Back, And All Turns To Silver Glass.....And Then You See It. Pippin: What? Gandalf?..See What? Gandalf: White Shores....And Beyond, A Far Green Country Under A Swift Sunrise. Pippin: Well, That Isn't So Bad. Gandalf: No....No It Isn't.
